Want to dance from home AND get fit at the same time? This Saturday, LITT Events is organizing an Afro Dance Workout in collaboration with The Hague Inside Out. This workout will be done by fitness trainer Xtrordinary.
We start with a short warm-up followed by intense exercises on the best afro music. Put Saturday 6 February in your agenda and make sure you are ready to train from 20:30!
