Saxophonist Benjamin Herman has been one of the most versatile musicians of his generation for decades. With over fifty albums to his name, his career spans traditional jazz, punk jazz, and film scores. Together with Bughouse, he fuses his passions for punk and jazz into explosive, short compositions. Following their 2018 debut album, 2024 will see two new releases: Bughouse: Unreleased Tracks 2017-2018 and Bughouse: The ERUS/ARC Sessions. With a do-it-yourself ethos and inspiration drawn from artists like Xero Slingsby and John Lurie, Herman continually seeks innovative ways to reinvent himself.
