In June 2022, BG+ held a unique charity show (one of their first under that name) on the very same stage, just months after the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Everyone who was in the audience that night will definitely remember its emotional atmosphere forever. Reflecting on that unique experience, we are all the more excited to announce that after two and a half years, BG+ and Boris Grebenshikov are returning to the Netherlands to perform at the legendary Paard venue in The Hague — with a new concert program!

The Boris Grebenshikov show will be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. As soon as more information is available, ticket holders will be notified.
There is hardly any Russian-speaking person in the world who has never heard of Boris Grebenshikov (also known as BG) and the band “Aquarium” that he used to lead. During the 1970s and 1980s, not only did he lay the foundation for the Soviet rock music scene, but he also created his own entirely unique musical and social style, code, and even an aesthetic. Influenced by a variety of musical styles and cultures, his style nevertheless remained recognizable—whether it be quiet love ballads, light dancing reggae, or powerful rock-and-roll anthems. BG’s classic discography now consists of over 30 studio albums.
