This eight headed band from Friesland lifts the sound of New Orleans Brass to a whole new level. Broken Brass Ensemble knows how to bundle the powers of Funk, Jazz, Hip Hop and Soul to come to a euforic groove in which they braid the nostalgic sound of New Orleans Brass with somewhat weird, lovely and peculiarly melodies.
