Due to logistical problems with Cocrosie’s tour dates have been changed. The show at the Nieuwe Kerk moved to Sunday 11 August. Ticket buyers will receive an email.
CocoRosie has a dedicated global fanbase and has been releasing groundbreaking studio albums for twenty years, with sold-out concerts worldwide. Sisters Sierra and Bianca Casady combine poetry, lo-fi instruments, and genre-defying rhythms in their music. Sierra is a classically trained opera singer, and Bianca is a published poet and visual artist. CocoRosie uses theatrical practices, fashion, and contemporary art to reflect the human experience and advocate for human rights. In August, CocoRosie will come to De Nieuwe Kerk for a special performance.
