DAMY + VICCENS

DAMY began his musical career with the collective Black Acid and performed at major festivals such as DTRH and Zwarte Cross. He has collaborated with artists such as S10 and Dashaeno and last year released his solo project ‘mensenkind’ to coincide with the film ‘Als de Wolken Vallen’. With his music, damy aims to offer connection and comfort. human child includes collaborations with PRODOLAF and Ray Fuego, among others.

Tastefully introspective and uplifting as a ginger shot, VICCENS is a versatile rapper and painter from a small village in Limburg, known for his tasteful and introspective style. His music, influenced by artists such as Fela Kuti and Jacques Brel, combines witty lyrics with synths, samples and autotune. His energetic shows, often featuring live musicians, offer a refreshing experience. In the summer of 2023, he released the striking song “Wa Dachte?”, in collaboration with Joost Klein and Kleine Crack, which was praised by 3voor12. The single “Dreaming Of” followed in late 2023, marking a new, layered phase in his music.
