De Kift is a Dutch band with influences from punk, fanfare, rock and pop music. The band was founded in 1988 by Ferry Heijne and Wim ter Weele. De Kift has been performing theatrical music performances at home and abroad for 35 years. The roots of De Kift are in brass band and punk, which can still be heard in the music. However, there is also room for acoustic pieces in smaller lineups. On January 10, 2025, they will perform in the Kleine Zaal!
