DEWOLFF

Raw energy and timeless soul

Saturday 10 January 2026

DeWolff is a young and explosive Hammond/guitar/drums trio from the Netherlands that mixes southern blues rock with soul and psychedelia. Playing together since their teenage years, they have released nine studio albums, seven of which entered the Dutch Top 20. With their own analogue studio, collaborations with Black Keys producer Mark Neill and more than 1,000 shows worldwide, DeWolff have established themselves as one of the most energetic and virtuosic live bands. They won an Edison Award for ‘Best Rock’, received a Buma Award and toured 14 countries, including their debut in Indonesia. Moreover, they organise their own festival: DeWolffest. On 10 January 2026, the band will be in our Grolsch Zaal!

In May 2024, DeWolff travelled to Muscle Shoals, Alabama, to record their tenth studio album with Grammy-winning producer Ben Tanner at the legendary FAME and Muscle Shoals Sound Studio, where icons like Aretha Franklin, The Rolling Stones and The Black Keys preceded them. ‘You really feel a kind of rock and roll magic in the air there. When we played our first notes, I got goosebumps – that was the sound of all those classic albums!’ says Pablo van de Poel. This new album breathes the rich musical history of Muscle Shoals, but remains unmistakably DeWolff: a fiery, quirky steam engine that takes you on an energetic journey through blues, soul, psychedelia and southern rock – with a uniquely Dutch touch.
