Support: Rachel Louise. All it took was one e-mail. In 2009 the young Dutch musician Dotan sends an email including a few songs to his favourite producers, the well-known Martin Terefe (KT Tunstall, Jason Mraz, James Morrison) and Sacha Skarbek (Adele, Duffy, James Blunt). Within the hour he receives a reply: he is invited to visit the studio in London and discuss the possibility to record his first full-length cd. Two weeks later Dotan finds himself in the British capital with great perspectives for the future. What sounds like a dream to many young artists, became reality for this multi talent.Dotan's music is clearly inspired by heroes like Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, Neil Young and James Taylor. With his live-band he will prove why he is considered to be one of Holland’s biggest new talents of 2011.
