Fin, who currently lives in Berlin, was born in Cornwall but grew up in 1980s Bristol in the midst of a famous cultural explosion. ‘It was an epic place to grow up,’ says Fin. ‘The Rare Groove revival, the outdoor rave scene, pirate radio – you’d see Massive Attack riding around, you’d see Tricky in the clubs, and one minute you’d be blown away by a DJ spinning ‘LFO’, while the next you’d see Horace Andy…. I was skateboarding too, I was totally into it, and we were so, so proud to be from this place with its unique vibe.’

Fink (Fin Greenall) is an enthusiastic British singer-songwriter, more than you would expect from someone with more than ten albums to his name already. He has been working hard almost all his life, performing electronic, acoustic and pop music, with influences from folk, indie rock and blues clearly audible in his own work. His enthusiasm is reminiscent of someone half his age discovering the excitement of musical and cultural engagement for the first time. He will be at the Grote Zaal on 24 March 2025!
