The legendary 80’s art pop and new wave group Fischer-Z will be back in The Hague to celebrate its 40 years of existence. All-time-favourites such as ‘So Long’, ‘Marliese’ and ‘The Worker’ will surely be on the setlist, but Fischer-Z doesn’t come empty handed: the bands brings along a brand new cd.
The band of band leader, singer, composer and producer John Watts gained worldwide popularity with its sound: beautiful melodies based on the keys. After 40 years, 19 albums, more than 3000 (!) concerts and more than 2 million sold records, it is clear that Fischer-Z definitely earned its global success. The brand new ‘This Is My Universe’ is the 20th full length album.
