Froukje is this year’s pop promise and lived up to expectations at festival after festival this summer. With her melodic pop songs with an electronic undertone, she effortlessly won over the audience of Pinkpop and Lowlands. Her single Ik Wil Dansen is the glorious starting shot to mercilessly launch hit after hit into the world. With the swelling synthesizer at the beginning of the track, you immediately know that your feet are going to have to endure it for the next 3:13.

In 2021 she released the songs ‘Niets Tussen’ and ‘Een Teken’, which can also be heard on her second EP ‘Uitzinnig’, which was released in the spring of 2022. Also on this EP, Froukje wrote all the lyrics and music herself.

Her debut EP ‘Licht En Donker’ will follow in 2020 and accounts for almost 30 million streams, establishing herself as a Dutch artist.
