Joy Division Undercover will deliver an impressive tribute during their show at PAARD. In addition to a full performance of Unknown Pleasures, the second part of the show will consist of as many highlights from the Joy Division discography. The band is known for its extremely intense and sincere performance. Joy Division Undercover is regarded by press and public alike as the best Joy Division tribute band ever. You can’t expect anything else with guitarist Henk Koorn (Hallo Venray) and vocalist Erny Green (The Eternal).

Joy Division Undercover (formerly Closer To Curtis) is coming to PAARD and will perform a complete ode to legendary British band Joy Division during the show. In 2024, the 45th anniversary of the debut album “Unknown Pleasures” marks a special year for Joy Division fans. This acclaimed album is considered the starting point of the New Wave movement in the 1980s, and “Unknown Pleasures” influenced other famous bands such as The Cure, U2 and Bauhaus. On March 14, this dedicated tribute band will be in our Small Hall.
