You might know Laura Jane Grace as the lead of the punk band Against Me!, but she also makes a big impression as a solo artist. Last February, her new album “Hole In My Head” was released, showcasing influences from a range of genres. One track sounds like retro pop punk, while new wave and folk influences also become apparent throughout the record. You can see her on November 10th in the Kleine Zaal!
Pet Needs will be providing support this evening. Their sound closely resembles pop punk, with uptempo indie songs that address various everyday life issues, where the beat is often too cheerful for the lyrics. The band will definitely get you moving, and who knows, a cautious mosh pit might even form here and there.
