Within two years, Meta had become one of most promising voices of the Hip-Hop culture in West Africa. After relocating to the United States, Meta formed his visionary band: Meta and The Cornerstones.More than reggaeThe band channels the roots of Reggae while simultaneously breathing new life into the genre, creating what critics have called a “soul-pounding spiritual experience.” They already shared the stage with artists like Youssou N’Dour, Luciano and Tanya Stephens before their debut album ‘Forward Music’ was even released.Ode to the rootsMeta and The Cornerstones released their sophomore album ‘Ancient Power’ in 2013.
