MIDGE URE – 1980 – Vienna & Visage

‘Reap the Wild Wind’, ‘Dancing With Tears In My Eyes’, ‘Love’s Great Adventure’ and of course the timeless ‘Vienna’. As a memember of both Ultravox and Visage, Midge Ure is for sure a keyfigure in New Wave. In both bands he played an essential role in the rise of synthesizers in popmusic. In 2019, it has been 40 years ago since Midge Ure joined Ultravox and for the first time in 40 years he will play the whole album of ‘Vienna’. Also, this will be the first time that he plays many of the songs of his first band Visage live. Mark your calendar: 19th of december in Paard.
