In 2001, Tim Vanhamel released his first record under the name Millionaire. Not long after, music legends like Muse and Queens Of The Stone Age took him on tour and Josh Homme, which Tim played for a short while with in Eagles Of Death Metal, signed for the production of the second album.
Vanhamel is a name you can link to much more than Millionaire, he also played in Broken Glass Heroes, Magnus, The Hickey Underworld, Eat Lions and Disko Drunkards. In costa Rica together with drummer Damien Vanderhasselt (eat Lions) he started working on his third Millionaire album. They kept production to themselves, resulting in a record that seems to catch up lost time. ‘’Sciencing sounds a little more mature then it’s predecessors. I wouldn’t say this is Millionaire 2.0 but maybe… Millionaire 1.3, haha!’’.

They are young, raw, unadapted and hard to stereotype. With influences of Die Antwoord, Sleigh Bells and The Kills, this hard garage-electro punk-pop group already brought a couple of venues in Holland to its knees. They describe their performance as: ‘’on stage we change into four rebelling teenagers who take over the classroom’’. They played as a support act for John Coffey, My Baby, SKIP&DIE and Bleached, and this band is guaranteed for an energetic live experience.
