It is now time for a new chapter, a new evolution of Nordmann in the form of ‘In Velvet’, a layered studio album that wraps itself like a warm blanket around the listener and where rock is exchanged for electronica. A coherent, compact sounding record on which the personal evolution of the individual musicians and the influence of wanderings in other projects can be heard in the whole. Songs and melody are central, while the instrumentation has been expanded with drum computers and synths to give shape to the wildest ideas.
