Over the years Axel collected more than 170M stream globally, travelled the world performing at key festivals, packed up rooms during his headline tours, supported The Paper Kites, Radical Face, Ásgeir, and released his debut album ‘You Stay By The Sea‘ (2021). Icelandic Dream-Pop singer-songwriter Axel Flóvent is back to The Netherlands in January 2024, bringing his ethereal sound and poetic lyricism to intimate shows in the city of The Hague. Born and raised in the Northern fishing village of Húsavík, it is there where Axel wrote his debut EP ‘Forest Fires‘, a collections of songs written under the influence of everything from Bon Iver to Bombay Bicycle Club, that catapulted him into international success.
