Paardcafé: ENGEL

Few artists in the Netherlands are as prolific as Engel. The open-hearted rapper will be in the Paardcafé March 15 with his new record Liedjes in Mineur. Together with guitarist Jesper Huisman, he takes you through the caverns of his soul, where the beats and rhymes are steeped in melancholy and melancholy.

As a teenager, Engel wrote his first lyrics and has never put down the pen since. Meanwhile, the born-DIY’er has been around for over two decades and has worked with Sticks, Paul de Munnik, Typhoon, Def P, Masta Ace, Diggy Dex, Extince and of course Just. Chances are there will be some old Engel classics passing by in The Hague as well!
