Tonight we transform Paardcafé into a pub of Dutch music! This edition with none other than The Hague’s own Chicco and Elias van Hees!
Folk singer Chicco van de Luijtgaarden, known for his The Hague mat and audition in the SBS6 program De Hollandse Nieuwe, didn’t actually sing until his first appearance on television. Since his audition, he has been performing entire weekends.
Elias van Hees worked for years as a political advisor in the Binnenhof and as a city councilor in The Hague … until he started following his real passion: music! Since 2018, Elias has been turning many a stage upside down and launching several singles of his own, which are often played on national stations. Meanwhile, a sixth single: ! Elias is also a radio DJ. Every Friday afternoon he presents the program Vrijmibo on The Hague city radio Den Haag FM!
