Personal Trainer is no stranger to The Hague. The indie band could already be admired during one of their exciting live shows at festivals such as Sniester and The Life I Live. Previously, the group played with a varying line-up under the leadership of frontman Willem Smit, but since 2 years the band members have been fixed. This permanent collective also knows how to surprise you time and time again with their diverse sound, in which the free feeling of just plugging in and playing plays a major role. February 3, 2023 you can see them in PAARD!

On November 4, we will be introduced to their debut album Big Love Blanket for the first time, on which we can hear a unique sound that can be found somewhere between indie-rock and post-punk. The first four tracks of the record can already be heard and embody exactly where the strength of Personal Trainer lies, changeable as ever.
