Singer Marco Roelofs previously paid a respectable tribute to the iconic quartet from New York City with his own band Heideroosjes. This time, he joins forces with some veterans from the Dutch rock scene. Drummer Bart Nederhand toured the world with Peter Pan Speedrock and hits harder than Marky Ramone in his prime. Harold Gielen pounds the bass guitar in thrash metal pioneers Legion Of The Damned but started out as a teenage punk. String plucker Oeds Beydals also began his musical journey with four-chord punk (Gewapend Beton) but is now widely respected as a versatile guitarist in Iron Jinn (and formerly The Devil’s Blood and Death Alley). Like the Ramones, four totally different characters bound by their love for pure rock ‘n roll. We’re a happy family gabba gabba hey!
