This concert is sold out.Rewire Festival presents Canedian band Godspeed You! Black Emperor in Paard van Troje.Godspeed You! Black Emperor is a multidisciplinary collective from Montreal, Canada. The group, originally formed in 1994, has been highly influential within the post-rock genre. Working with orchestrated arrangements, the nine-piece group create tracks with wide dynamic ranges, a highly evocative use of instrumentation and sounds and uncompromising long form compositions.Rewire is an annual international festival for adventurous music. The festival presents a broad programme with a focus on contemporary electronic music, neo-classical, new jazz, experimental pop, sound art and multidisciplinary collaborations. The programme consists of special concerts, multidisciplinary performances, screenings, talks and workshops.The festival in 2015 takes place on May 1 & 2 at several venues across the city of The Hague (The Netherlands).
