Room Eleven broke through to the mainstream in 2006. The band toured all over the world, recorded an album in New York and played big jazz festivals like the Montreal Jazz Festival. One of the highlights was a sold out show in the beautiful theatre Carré in Amsterdam. A dream came true, but one that the band felt was more like a rollercoaster, and after 6 years they decided it was time for a change.
