Shantel is known as the pioneer and godfather of Balkan Club music, better known as Balkan Beats. Starting out as a DJ and organizer of the famous Bucovina Club parties, Shantel is now a true artist. He sings, plays multiple instruments and is the bandleader of The Bucovina Club Orkestar. The Bucovina Club Orkestar together with their energetic frontman Shantel are masters in combining electro with traditional Central- and Eastern European Polka’s and Klezmers.
