Masters of the Beatlessound
Bart van Poppel, Fred Gehring, Jan van der Meij, Jac Bico en Diederik Nomden, along with a small army of horns, strings and multi-instrumenalists form The Analogues. In this formation they performed only once, earlier this year. The attendants and media were all deeply impressed and extremely enthusiastic. “Masters in re-creating the Beatlessound”, wrote Het Parool. It was quickly decided this shouldn’t be a one-off thing. So, this fall The Analogues will make their way to The Hague, time to start Beatlemania again…
