In 1993, JuJu and Psycho Les already made an impact with the explosive tracks Reign of the Tec and No Equal, but a year later, they solidified their name with their debut album, Street Level. Their explosive style, combined with sample-driven jazz beats, was unprecedented and catapulted The Beatnuts straight to the top of the hip-hop scene.
Between 1994 and 2001, they released multiple albums through Relativity Records and Loud Records, delivering hits like No Escapin’ This, Let’s Git Doe, and, of course, Se Acabo. After this period, The Beatnuts deliberately chose the underground scene, where they could fully embrace their artistic freedom. However, their influence remained as strong as ever. That’s why this show is a must-see for both seasoned hip-hop heads and the new generation of fans!
