YASMIN WILLIAMS

Yasmin Williams is an innovative guitarist and composer who masters multiple instruments, including the kora, harp guitar, banjo, and electric guitar. Her music blends influences from folk, rock, and experimental styles, but she refuses to be confined to any one genre. Creative freedom is more important to her than conformity. Yasmin had a musical upbringing and even developed her own innovative fingerstyle technique on the acoustic guitar during her studies. On her latest album Acacia, she continues to expand her sound, featuring both quiet solos and collaborations with other musicians. She will perform in our Kleine Zaal on June 12th!
